Giveaway rules
These rules apply to every Polyhistor giveaway at anycommand.io/polyhistor/spin.
Who runs it
Polyhistor, an independent app studio. Questions: ince.czechner@gmail.com.
Taking part
- Taking part is free. No purchase is needed.
- You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You enter with your own email address and get one spin per address in each giveaway. Using extra or temporary addresses, scripts or other tricks to get more spins is not allowed, and we may cancel codes won that way.
- We may pause or end a giveaway at any time, for example when the codes run out.
Prizes and odds
- Prizes are Google Play promo codes for Polyhistor apps. The apps you can win, and how many codes are left, are shown on the giveaway page.
- Each spin currently has a 40% chance to win. The wheel slices show these odds. When you win, the app is picked at random from the apps that still have codes.
- Each code works once, has an expiry date, and is redeemed through Google Play under Google's terms. Codes cannot be exchanged for money.
Your data
- We use your email address only to send your spin link and your prize. We never add it to a mailing list or share it.
- Your address is deleted when you spin, or after 7 days if you don't. To stop you entering twice, we keep a one-way fingerprint of it that cannot be turned back into your address.
- We keep a similar fingerprint of your network address for two days to limit abuse.
